I want to save money by modifying the standard chrome surround grille which will involve removing the Honda emblem. I want to install black mesh in the centre. Can this be done, and if yes how do I go about it.

P.S. How do I remove the grille.

Cheap way, home depot, lowes, whatever you got around there, the rest is kinda self explanitory. Cut the old mesh out, or unscrew it, whatever can be done, shape the new mesh to the frame of the grille, and use a tube of jb weld. We did this on a civic. It looks perfect, but when we tell people what we did. They give us a look that I don't like .
