ok, First problem. My tailights/dash lights/license holder no longer work. I have come to conclude that it is constantly blowing the 10A fuse. Any ideas on how to isolate the problem?

Second problem, I thought maybe my indiglo gauges were causing the short, so i took them out. Now, whenever I turn the key into the ON position the Temp guage and the fuel gauge slowly rise up? Any ideas on what is causing this? I took the cluster out and everything was plugged in correctly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh ya, its a 93 Civic LX.

Lets see, when I put in clear corners, they came with amber bulbs that had only one terminal on the bottom instead of 2 like the stock bulb. This in turn directly connected the 2 terminals on my car and blew out: brake lights, all interior lights, and made turn signals flash at the same time no matter what direction i turned on. Dunno if this helps, but look for a short or somethin like that if you put in new bulbs or whatnot. Indigo gauges might be your problem somehow.
