I have problem behind my controls in the dash, i need to get the faceplate off so i can repair it but cannot get them off, anyone know how this comes off? I can get behind the dash but cant seem to get it repaired from behind i need in through the front.

 

You should pick up a Helms manual, it will show you with diagrams.
