Horsepower from each is minimal at best. I have the Evo II and I love it. It has a great throaty tone to it but if you have to worry about cops and noise, go with something quieter like the SP2 or World Sport.

What one do you think is louder? Apexi or Greddy? I heard when you get into higher Rpms with the apexi it starts to sound really high pitch.

The Apexi is a canister style, so right off the bat, it will be louder than the Greddy.

It gets old quick. Especially when you get pulled over constantly.

I have a 3" N1. My neighbors hate me. I've never been pulled over, but I don't have to wind my car up to make power and I don't drive like an ass. I'll let you know if any of those things ever change.
