All - break it down for me. I've got the green light to work over my girlfriend's 2000 EX. I've got a $4,000 budget. I want to leave it normally aspriated with minor engine mods (intake, headers, exhaust,) and really tighten the handling (wheels, tires, springs, struts, etc, ???). Please point me to the best products and approach.
