Default Headlight Help

I have a 96 civic and I have had projector headlights for about a year. Recently my passenger low beam has been acting weird. When I start my car and turn my headlights on, the passenger low beam will not come on until I give it a firm punch. Then it will cut off and on throughout the drive. I have tried tightning the bulb and replacing the bulb but this only helps for a short amount of time. I wouldnt think that my harness is fried scince I only use 55 watt h4 bulbs. I have been ducking and dodging the police for months now and had several warnings. Any suggestions?

I know exactly what is wrong.

The problem is, the projector headlights uses cheap materials internally. The bulb (H3) is held in place by a think wire/spring/retainer mechanism. The actual problem is the retainer that holds the bulb in place is very thin, and often warps due to the heat given off by the bulb.

I remedied this with two options:
1) Using a small ball of aluminum foil behind each prong on the retainer that holds the bulb in place.
or
2) Less ghetto, I used a metal waster behind the bulb to have it pushed closer/tighter to the retainer.
