The joys of temporarily living on a dirt road..... There was a nice big frozen muddy rut which I must have clipped the wrong way that took a nice chunk out of my front lip. 
On that note, will a 99-00 Si front lip fit on a 96-98? A buddy of mine has a red 00 Si that he took the front lip off of to put a Mugen one on and he still has the stock lip. I was hoping it might fit which would help me avoid getting another one and having to get it painted.

Yes your right but the bottom part of the bumper is the same the only thing that changes in the top end of the bumper.
