Default Timming Belt Ques

On this site...

http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/timingbelt/tbelt.php

It shows a timming belt change walkthrough.

Now my question is on step thats near the beggining which involves taking off the crank pulley. After you loosen the tension on the alternator belt and remove it from the crank exactly how do you take off the crank pully? He skipped that part without getting into detail.

I dont quite follow what you mean by taking off the plate and holding it with a screwdriver.

it's a metal cover that goes over your flywheel to keep shit from getting in there. has 4 or 5 bolts that hold it on there, remove them, then you'll have to wiggle the shit out of it to get it off, and then you just have someone wedge a screw driver in the flywheel teeth, while you rip on the crank pulley bolt.

Get the moroso timing belt wrench if you plan on doing this more than once. The hardest part is learning how to get the engine at TDC.
