where do u buy silverstars at? like what stores or online? and how much? about 15 bucks?

I got mine at Wal-Mart. I don't remember the exact price but each bulb were < $20.

Mtec are good. Ive had them for over a year and they dont melt the bulb harness like cheap ones and havent burned out.
