Default replace drain plug and washers on transmossion?

im about to do a transmisson fluid change, manual 94 dx, and i read online that you need to replace the drain plug, refill plug, and washers. do i need to? and i live in the northwest, so theres basically no rust at all on my car.

Washers, yes. Plugs themselves, no
Drain is the same as oil
Fill is quite a bit bigger (like larger than a quarter ($.25).

If you go to the dealer, make sure they give you 2 different ones. Mine ALWAYS try to just give me 2 of the same (the drain washers).

how much would it cost.. both the washers and the gear oil?

I got fluid for $4.50 a quart but I didn't get the washers. I imagine they wouldn't cost more than a few bucks.

drain is less than $.50 and the fill is roughly the same I think.
I paid $4something for the fluid too.
