HELP: removing 98 honda civic parts for paint job

Default HELP: removing 98 honda civic parts for paint job

can someone show me the right way on how to remove the black plastic line thing thas on the sides of the doors?? as well as the black door handles?? (picture below) cause im tryin to get a paint job on all the black parts on my silver honda civic and make it all silver but the body shop told me that I have to be the one to remove the parts to give to them so that they could paint it..

for the doors, im pretty sure u pull off the door panels and there are tabs in side that you can just push on and they pop out. for the fenders, if you pull back the inner wheel well, im sure you will be able to see the tabs and pop them out.. i have never done it before, but i know what they look like and thats the best advice i can give ya
