what do you guys thinkg about this header Air mass header never heard of this brand but my cousins friend is selling them to me for 75$$ are they any good and someone said if i dont have stock internals the header wont work what are internals??

for $75 it aint a bad deal. just dont expect any mind blowing performance out of it.

internals = things inside the engine, hence the name internals. and no, you do not need internals for a header to work.

meh you get what you pay for...I wouldnt imagine any gains with this header except maybe shaving some weight. Honda headers are designed fairly well from the factory, this air mass non sense wont really help out in the HP department

for a basic good quality header I would go no less than DC

To expand on noop's comments, this usually means the just the crankshaft (crank), connecting rods (rods), and pistons... the guts of the "shortblock," everything in the block under the cylider head.
