I have some JDM lights that I paid a good portion of money for and the only diffrence im seeing from mine and yours is the headlight cover thats inside the housing. My chrome piece is a glossy black but there is a problem. It looks like someone painted on the chrome piece to make it look like a glossy black cause if you look close enough you will see big spots of paint where it settled. It doesnt look like factory quality UNLESS this light that I have is a true 1996 light but, then again for paint to look like this. It just looks fake for some reason. Ill have to take pictures.

Could you get really close and take pics so i can see if what I have could be a replica or not. I want to see really close pics near the chrome piece. Thanks.

Sounds like you got a poor quality copy of CTR lights. If they are real they will say "Stanley" on the light lense somewhere. All OEM honda lights are made by Stanley.

Also the real OEM CTR headlights are a gunmetal housing with a slight tint of bronze hiding there. Black housing headlights are not CTR replica's, but they look good anyways.
