100k? I've done 238,000 miles on my '92 civic dx hatch with the original d15b7 engine in it. I'm on my 3rd Honda muffler, 3 mid-pipe, 2nd alternator. Just change the oil regularly and you won't have problems. Now I've just got to look after some rust.

It's nice to hear so many good things about the b7. It looks like my odometer is in for some serious punishment. My '92 civic hatch has 15,000 miles on its d15b7 now. The worthless d15b8 that was in it before was worn out and gone by 104k. I hope this car hits at least .4 million miles.

150k miles on my 96 Accord (F22) Only 'major' items replaced are cv axles/joints, radiator, and exhaust b-pipe. Everything else has been routine maintenance and upkeep. The original AC compressor, starter, alternator, etc. are still kickin. My friend has 255,000 miles on his 1990 CRX HF and his g/f has 190k miles on her 92 Civic. All are still running like new.

it's my D in a B
about to turn 200 here... 100k is still a baby. Sure little stuff will pop up, but for chrissakes, its a '97. There are tons of '87's still on the road.
