Default Electrical Mystery! (turn signals)

hey guys, turn signals arn't workin! I'm certain that it's a wiring issue or a missing ground or something to that effect. bulbs are all good.

Symptoms:

1. Hazards work, the bulb blinks as normal

2. The relay clicks like normal when the hazards are one but i swaped it out anyways just to make sure that wasn't it. Problem stayed the same.

3. Head Lights turn on & off like normal

Knowing this, where should i start to look to find my problem?

There are many manuals including wiring diagrams on this site... http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/
Maybe this will help.

**EDIT**

my first check would be on the grn/red wire from the fuse box to the turn signal switch.
Also with the hazard switch off, make sure there is power grn/wht wire from the hazard switch to the turn signal switch with the key in Run.
If there is no power, does your clock turn on with the ignition? If you don't have a clock, check fuse #15 just to be sure.

here are the three pages from the manual for the turn signals in case you don't want to wait to download the entire manual.
110-9
110-10
110-11

It could also be this problem. But I doubt it since you said yours never work.
