If those are your only reasons, you should really do more research before you put any money into buying a car. Speaking of which, how close are you to actually buying a car?

Civics are fast

With this car I have won the Susquehanna Region 3 times out of 4, took 2nd place 3 years in a row for the Valvoline Cup, 2nd place for SlideRule Cup, 1st place for South NJ region, 2nd place for Philly Region, 5th place at NE Divisionals, 16 place at the DC Tour.

It's not all about the car but how fast the driver can drive.

15x7" Kosei K1 (45mm offset w/3mm spacers) with 205/50x15" Azenis.

Yeah that's completely normal for a FWD car. Plus that inside wheel/tire doesn't do anything in a corner - just there for the ride

there are plenty of very fast civics out there, but it takes a little work. If you're looking for something drag-specific, there may be better choices, but keep in mind: any car with decent power will have traction problems FWD, RWD and even AWD.

You say "fwd is horrible for racing," but what type of racing do you plan to do? Sounds like you're new to it, and as with any form of motorsports, its good to start out small and work on the driver first.
