Default *Windshield removal, please help me!!*

Does anybody know how to remove a winshield out of a 94 civic Ex coupe? Mine is cracked in my 95 civic cx hatch and a buddy said I could have his, cause he is junking the car.
So whats the best way to do this, without messin up the good one?
Plus its like 20 degrees out so will that make a difference???
Thanks alot guys!

i just had my windshield replaced about a month ago on my 94 ex coupe. you have to pull the trim all the way around, and it's best to pick it up with a couple pressure release suction cups.

Why not just wait til it gets a little warmer out or finda garage with heat.
Things always work better when it is a little warmer out.
Sounds like you are rushing things and that when things usually go wrong.
Me personally,i would just have a glass company do it.Save me time and if they break it they buy and install a new one.

You can get an aftermarket one for about $150.
