Default Need Help Identifying a Caliper, (4 pics)...

I've posted on other Honda forums w/ no luck. I need to know what year(s), model(s), and whether it is ABS or not on this caliper. Brakes are not my forte'.

And if those don't work:

I called a Honda Dealer with part numbers but they were of no help. Apparently the numbers on the caliper are manufacturing numbers, not part numbers.

Thanks, Mak

What is the distance between the mounting brackets? It looks small...like less than 4"
Where the line connects looks pretty different from what I've seen. That and the fact that there is only 1 bolt connecting the bracket to the caliper itself.
They look like no ex/si, abs, or integra calipers that I have ever seen.
Where did you get these?

I got them off ebay (first mistake) and the guy who sold them said they came off of a '95 Civic. I asked about model (lx, dx, vx, ex, etc) and he said either lx or dx, but def. not ex (thus not abs). I just needed two front base 92-95 Civic calipers to finish my '85 CRX Si brake swap but nooooo...I got this bullshit. The other forums I've posted this on also don't recognize and/or are being a smartass about it. (it's a '97 Civic, white, w/ 107k miles and a dent in the trunk crap) Mak

PS. I won't clean or powder-coat them until I know what the hell they fit on.

Distance between the mounting brackets? You mean between the two bolts on the bracket? If so it's 5.25"

Alright, I dug out my old ex/si calipers to measure.
Its 5 1/16" on the inside of the mounting holes on the brackets.
The piston outter diameter is also 2"

They just look really strange to me.
If you want a set of ex/si brakes off a 97 I have a set for sale (rusty but still work - check my sig for the package deal)

The diameter of the piston should make them abs/integra but the fact that the mounting bracket distance is larger I cant say what they are...

Where are you taking the mounting bracket's measurement at? Center of the holes or the outside?
