Default Needles Won't Light Up

I had reverse indiglo gauges on my civic and recently took them off... now when i drive i notice the gauges light up, but the needles dont... is there a fuse that controls the needles or what bulb in the cluster controls them? any help would be great... i practically need a flashlight to see how fast im going and the gas and temp gauge is unreadable at night

As far as I know, your needles never lighted up. Maybe the bulbs over head are out.

Civic needles DO NOT light up by themselves.. it's two bulbs from above that light them up...

EG - the needles have never lit up, OEM uses light from the rear lights running around the top/bottom/sides of the face and through the numbers.
EK - the needles are lit from above like mentioned.

If you've installed indiglos and only want the faces and needles to light up. check out this site for the only way I've seen to do it well.
