I have the oppertunity to buy a sol
with some rust and cront end damage. How ever the front end damage seems localized to the hood and front bumper. If there is no frame damage can i just replace the hood and bumper?
Also it is a car from the New England Area and i am in HOUSTON. So is it possible to add AC to the car that wasnt made with it?
