Bought my apex i turbo kit from this dude in colorado. He claimed it was only about 3 days old and he took some pics. Everything looked good and it was gonna include the turbo, manifold, all piping, all hardware, aem fpr, aem fuel rail, 3 autometer gauges, apex i bov, instructions, a fuel pump, and an old crusty turbo probe intercooler that looked ugly but worked. I get the package today and all that is inside is the turbo, manifold, piping, bov, gauges, fuel pump....NO intercooler, NO aem fpr/fuel rail, NO instructions....then the bastard writes me an email saying that he paid 3200 retail for everything, he's losing too much money on the deal, and the aem stuff is gonna be extra now. I was like WTF we worked out a deal that i would get EVERYTHING for 1600 bucks and made sure that i listed everything in the paypal payment....If anyone is in colorado and feels like BEATING SOME ASS give me a call

damn that sucks dude....sorry. tell him you are going to take legal action against him.

Did you get it off ebay? if you did then u can get them involved and if he dosent pay up you can charge him with fraud... on a side note why do people put shlt on ebay and then if they dont get enough they decide to jack the person who is buying... i mean ebay is made for people who WANT to sell stuff not for people who want to sell stuff and make a profit by ripping others off..... it just kinda iratates me...

my rims are doing fine...kinda dirty, they look a bit too dark when they have dirt on them. I was gonna was the car but i had a mini-wreck...mom left the cl-s on the sloped part of the drivweay for no apparent reason and i backed the civic into it (it's a 90 degree turn and a 45 degree slope downhill) CLS door got 3 nice new creases in it and my civic rear bumper is cracked/rashed. I already got the cl-s fixed perfectly for 200 and i have a new bumper, just gotta get it painted white.

It sucks cause i got his number from the partstrader.com. I don't think i'm ever gonna do business on there again, it seems like EVERYONE who is on there is shady =o( Now i have to spend 400 bucks to buy an intercooler and 100 to buy a new fpr...not to mention i don't have the instructions to put it on =o(


BTW how do i attach pics on han? I tried to IMG tag some from imagestation and geocities and neither of them work? Which servers will allow you to link from the outside?

thepartstrader.com always seemed kinda shady to me. The only time I got anything from there, I met the guy in person to get my stuff.
