I had a CX before I put a DX motor in it. It's still a 1.5L. Kept the CX transmission. I get about 33mpg/city, and 40/hwy on average... but my highway record is 44mpg. I went 80mph from gas station to gas station for 438 miles without even stopping to pee. CX's have a 10 gallon tank.

Oh yeah... I forgot about that.

Very few Honda models actually have 10 gallon tanks. All the 5g CX and VX models do. I think the CRX HF and DX did as well. I guess you don't need to carry more around than you're going to use.

I don't think ANY civics past '96 have a 10 gallon tank, do they? :dunno: The end of the 1.5L was '95... I guess the 1.6L's need an extra 2 gallons.

What's the biggest gas tank in a Honda? and WTF am I doing up and thread-jackin' about gas tanks? G-night.

Edit: And WTF did my warning points go? :wtc: :joshers:
