Default Rack and Pinion

Does anyone know of a company that has a Rack and Pinion kit for a 95 Civic EX?

junk yard...classifieds forum...honda motor company.

It's a lot easier and typically less expensive to replace the entire thing rather than rebuild one.
Or are you looking to change the ratio of yours?

You have a rack and pinion setup now, but it's power assisted. You can simply take out the power steering pump and lines, drain the rack and connect the inlet to the outlet hoses and run it that way.

Oh ok. Quaife makes a quick ratio rack and pinion kit that i was looking at. If i took my pump and lines and such off, and got the kit, should it install right in?

AFAIK the manual rack is different inside than the power rack.
You may have to pick up a manual rack to install that kit, but I'm not sure. Give them a call, I'm sure they've been asked that before.

manual racks weight less than power assisted ones... and their turning ratio is much better...
