Default Lubraicating chassis

So I used to go to Jiffy lube to get routine maintenance done, but for the past year I've been doing everything myself. I was looking through some old Jiffy lube receipts, and I noticed that they would lubricate the chassis if necessary. My question is what exactly should I be lubricating on the chassis? What type of lubricant should I be using-some type of grease, Wd-40, etc.?

On some cars on the Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends there are greese fittings to put more greese in the ball joints and tie rods, most cars now do not have these fittings.

You may also want to oil up your bushings on your suspension. They are rubber and will degrade over time. Rubber is petroleum based and need oil. My '95 Odyssey has bushings that have degraded slightly because I neglected them. I found out when it started squeaking on cold wintery days.

Just get an oil squirter can and fill with engine oil.

yeah, and stop going to jiffy lube, they use crappy oil filters, you should always use a OEM Honda filter.
