Default High Flo Cat Causing Check Engine Light

Rescently I have installed a High Flo Cat on my 2000 civic EX. For a few days it worked fine. but just the other day my check engine light came on and will not go away. I took it to my mechanic and he said that its cause the rear O2 sensor is reporting a bad cat to the ECU cause of the high flo cat. he told me to look into getting something called a "rear O2 Sensor Bypass" or something like that, that tricks the ECU into thinking the cat is working fine. does anybody know where I can get one of these? or does anybody know any other way I can keep my High Flo Cat and Keep the Check engine light from coming on.

thanks very much for the help

JOHN
