Default high idle

My 94 jdm b16a is idling at 1500 rpm...whats the problem?how can i adjust it myself?

try adjusting the idle screw on the Throttle body

i second that adjust the idle VIA the throttle body

get a manual it'll show you where it'l be

make sure that

a) your timing is correct
b) you have no vacuum leaks

if you bury the idle scew and it still idles high, air is getting in somewhere where it's not supposed to.
