Would it be a good idea to Turbo a 95 Civic DX or would it be a bad idea? Also, how much do you think that would be running me?

good idea if you are going to go with a conservative amount of boost with a generous fuel setup (depending on mileage on motor, condition of cylinder walls along with the rest of your internals)....bad idea if you havent done any research on turbocharging a honda and are about to drop a load of money into something that can create a huge problem down the line...good luck with your decision

 

A greddy turbo kit would work, but like he said above, you will have to run a low amount of boost. Research turbo charging as much as possible!!!! This will be your best asset.
