I have an EX and went from stock 14" steelies to Si 15". Feels slightly worse acceleration, but very noticeble improvements in reduced body roll and grip. Granted, when I upgraded to Si wheels, I also put better rubber on.

Well the worse acceleration could be from the wrong tires size. You will not notice a difference from a 14lb steel wheel to a 15lb Si wheel. If you can then you are a liar.

By "feel" I mean to be about as accurate as a butt dyno.

If you can feel a difference between 16lbs and 14lbs then you are high on drugs.

I think the only difference you might feel is the tire width. going from 13's to 15's will increase your tire width, and slow down acceleration. It will improve handling which to me is more important. Not to mention you should be using a shorter sidewall which will decrease roll, and feel more stable.

But tire and rims go hand in hand. If you +n or -n (too keep approx wheel diameter), you change the weight of the wheel which has a different mass and inertial. Multiply that by 4 and considering that it's a rotation mass, I'd say people familar with their cars probably feel "something different" but probably can't tell exactly if it's worse or better. People say 2lbs off the flywheel makes a huge difference.

I'm not saying it's an accurate feeling.

So in summary:

- can you feel it? maybe
- can you identify a help/hinderance? probably not
- will it affect gas mileage? depends on tires too
- will it affect 0-60 times? depends on tires too
