Default 4 Pt Harness

I was wondering how to install a 4 point harness in a 2000 honda civic. I read somewhere that you bolt the rear part to the oem bolts in the back where the seat bolts to the floor. Then I heard you have to drill new holes for the front part under the seat. I was wondering is this is true or if there is a better way. I want to minimize drilling. Thanks for the help!

then stick with stock belts, in a rolling wreck, you would be history.....

and make sure to be careful, dont end up a statistic.....
