172,000 on my B7. burns no oil, just needs a timing belt in 20k or so. still sees 6,500 rpm occassionaly

im in canada so ive got like 165,000 KILOMETERS i think thats like 100,000 miles or a bit more???


anyways around this mileage what stuff should i be replacing?

when does the water pump and timing belt go on these 93 d15s

Could go anytime now. I didn't do mine until about 240,000- started to get real nervous. I'll need to do it again in about two months.

Better to do it on your schedule rather than have it break.

I had my d15 up to 130,000 before i cracked a head and blew a gasket...

alright thanks guys i have 170K and it dont burn oil but im a little hard on it. i was just trying to figure out when i should start looking for a new motor.
