Default Can I replace my cluster for one with a Tach?

I have a manual 96 hb cx and the cx have no tach. I found one with a tach but would this work just by simply connecting it to the stock wires? Pics are attached

You can swap the mileage by taking them apart.

sorry my comrades i forgot to search. I didn't think this was asked before lol. I always been in the crx section and last night i got me this 96 cx civic, I'm a newbie on the regular civics. One thing i have to ask, on the pic the RPM cluster seems alot wider than the one without i know it came out of a 2000 civic . Willt he 200 still fit my 96 even though seems a little bigger than the other one?
