Default found my nuts

I was up at the honda dealer today and that is all true about the nuts being welded in and no access area to get to them so I ended up making my own access hole with a small hole saw and will weld it back up. The nuts were loose inside the frame and I got them back on with some monkeyshit on the end of a screwdriver. Why does everything have to be a pain in the dupa? Thanks for your help everyone!

WTF!? That's the most ridiculous BS to have to go through. Sounds to me like the monkeys that previously changed the belts used a monsterous impact wrench when they replaced the mount and broke them loose.

Sorry to hear of this happening to you on the first timing belt.

yeah the weird part about it is that it looked like there were no weld marks on the nuts! I did changed out a timing belt and water pump on my 2000 accord ex with the 2.4 but it took longer to do on my civic than it did the accord! These shop guys are the reason I do stuff myself, I only have trust in a few of them.
Thanks again guys for your help!
