Will a b16 tranny bolt on to a d16 engine?

Nope, sorry man. If you got a b16 hydro tranny, I'd be willing to buy trade for a d16 tranny.

 

no a friend of mine is looking to build up his d16 instead of swapping (dumb ass) but he wanted to know if the tranny would work so he would have a little more support sorta speak. I was not sure because nobody keeps d16 engines in hatches anymore

 

Basically, B-series and D-series don't mix.

 

I doubt they will work together
