You won't be able to paint just the small spots after you fill it inn so it would be unseen. It would be hard to see it during bad weather but on the sun you will see it. So it is better to paint whole trunk which is about $200 around here.....so it easier for you to get another trunk and sell this one here in the classifides

I just called two body shops and they said to go to my local hardware store and buy either Christmas Tree plugs and use sealent to secure it. Or they said that really any kind of plastic plug would prob. work. Has anyone tried doing it that way?

Nawwwwww... OEM is like 365 not painted. I would rather just put in some stoppers paint them.... and make it look as natural as possible. If that doesn't work at all....... I will have to give up the money to get a new one.
