I was just wondering if there is supposed to be an ID plate on the radiator support that has the VIN and stuff on it. I have seen many cars in pics with this plate and my car has the holes where it should be. I have a 92 Civic Sedan EX-V. Kinda thinkin that the car was in an accident before I bought it but don't really wanna fork over the 20 bucks for a carfax report.

 

Most USDM cars don't have this plate. I've only seen this blue VIN plate on JDM and EDM cars.
