I have 18's on it and i want to get new shocks but i hear all this crap about shock will lower your car dramatically. well i want to get new shocks/struts without having to switch springs. what kind of shocks are reasonably priced and will not lower the ride height of my car...???

Some shocks are height adjustable like the Koni Yellows. They have perches in which you can lower or raise the car.

But most shocks are OEM height. Some reasonably priced ones are: AGX, KYBs, Tokicos, and Koni Reds.
