hookin up zex nitrous and cant get it to program to my throttle any suggestions?

i got it to work i have the drysystem..bought it from this kid and he didnt have the instructions to set it to engage to the throttle..thought it broke cuz the red light was on and wouldnt flash when i held it on so that is way i was askin if that is right or not
