Alarm Problems

I have a 2003 civic which works fine until you leave it out overnight. When the temperature drops below freezing the alarm keeps going off and resetting

any ideas ?.

Factory alarm? Do you have a remote starter with an automatic cold start feature? Something must be draing the power enough to set it off when it gets cold. Battery good?
