Default motor swap?

i got a 94 dx coupe with a D15b7 motor and tranny(170k). a friend's friend has a D16Z6 with 80k, motor only for 200 bucks. I can maybe ask a friend whos a owner of a shop to do a swap for me for about 250. so is $450 worth it for 20 horses? (B7 tranny with Z6 tranny). and also since the engine is out, would it be good if i get a lightened flywheel and a stage 2 clutch kit since its out anyways? thanks

Z6 is a nice motor! I say go with Z6 and then turbo it.
