Emissions Warranty
LO
I took my 97 civic dx into honda and had the 150k warranty done(mani, plugs/wires/dist) Everything was fine. Next i adjusted the valves. Now when it idles it hesitates, usually at cold starts and at gear selection(auto). I thought that I may have to adjust the IAVC and up the rpm's. But now theres a terrible sulfur/rotten egg smell. Id guess its the cat, but heres the real Q. When honda replaced the mani didnt they have to replace the cat as well, seeing as its one piece?? Or did they jack me and just replace the cracked mani?? I'll call tomorrow, but for now, n e of you tech's gotta opinion??thanks for any iput. later.

I called honda and they said it might of not been replaced. It seems stupid that they didnt replace it but oh well, its going back in and they will replace it if thats the problem. Thnx.
