Are the 04 trunk lids the same as 01-03's?

Are the 04 trunk lids the same as 01-03's?
I wanted to buy this spoiler right here but wanted to make sure it fit first. How hard would the instillation be? do you have to drill holes or is it just held on by two sided tape or something? Thanks

it says it should fit, installation instructions should be included with it or someone should be able to install it for you, from the looks of it it could be some sort of adhesive because i dont really see where it would be drilled/screwed in
