Default Performance D16 parts

Ok, so I'm trying to find a place to buy D16 parts.......yes don't laugh, not B16, D16 I searched around on ebay just to see whats out there, and I really don't want to buy ebay parts as the general quality is kinda shitty.........however the places that I usually shop for parts, don't really carry a ton of D series parts besides stupid intakes and exhaust.........where do u guys shop for your high performance D-series parts Looking for internal stuff like pistons, rings, bearings, etc......

I'm trying to put together my Civic.........I don't really care about it being insanely fast, I have another vehicle for that but I would like something I could take like downtown and mess around with some of my friends. Also, no one thinks I can make decent power from a D-series engine, so now I kind of just want to prove them wrong

any other places to buy performance D-series parts is appreciated! Thanks guys!

Boost it.

Just kidding. I'm doing some N/A work on my hatch, just to make it a little less sucky. Plans are for...

1. Y8 head (much higher compression)
2. DIY port work on head and Y8 intake manifold
3. 3-angle valve job
4. Comp/Zex stage 2 cam
5. Intake/header/exhaust
6. Clutch/Flywheel

All this should be less than $1000, actually, I'll probably spend < $500, and should be in the 150-160 hp range. Should eat 99-00 SIs for lunch.
