Default Need Help with Wiper Motors

yesterday I turned on my wipers when it was cold once i just turned on the car and well the passenger side wiper does not seem to work while the drivers side does. It jerks a little bit up and down bout half an inch but other than that it doesnt work, im wondering if something with the motor needs to be reattached or if i have to buy a new wiper motor all together, or if its a job that i leave to the guys at the shop. I was wondering how much this would all cost and how would i be able to install a motor if needed.

there is only one wiper motor, so if one moves it isn't an electrical problem.
The linkage may have let go or bent. Or it could have stripped off the shaft that moves it.
can you move the wiper arm manually? can you hear anything clunking or moving around when the wipers are on?

Probably just popped off the knuckle. Sometimes you can pop it back together, sometimes not. You can buy the linkage in parts from the dealer or go to a junk yard and pick one up. Make sure you get right one -I know mine came with two different motors and slightly different linkages. If you get a junk yard one just get the whole assembly with motor. Or the bolt holding the wiper arm is loose or stripped.
