Tach jumping back and forth.

My tach jumps back and forth when I'm at a steady cruise. I guess after 241,000 on the odo it is finally going to give. Any idea's on where to get a new one cheap?

get a new guage cluster. its not worth troubleshooting the thing, its on ebay for like 20 bucks or so. i have a spare DX one with 140k on the odo but no tach. pm if interested

mines doing the same thing and its showing 220k miles. my motors only got like 30k and i was told it could be the ignitor. you guys think this could be the problem?
