engine ground

Um, I've seen people do it, but I think that ground has to be pretty good so I would hold off until you find out for sure.
Do you just want to dress it up a little or do you need a whole new wire?

8gauge for the one on top of the valve cover, 4gauge for the one that fastens to the tranny and frame rail.
I used 4gauge all the way around when I replaced mine. Just to keep everything simple to get with bulk ordering.

yes.. you will notice a difference in your spark. 8 gauge will work just fine. Make sure it's fassened tightly & that it's making extremly good contact. Don't half ass this one or you'll be very frustrated. The engine grounds are a vital key to promoting good spark!

Or make your own, go to the hardware store, they have braided ground wires, and all sorts of junk for grounding. I have a MSD HVC coil, and I didnt have good grounds when I put in the coil, and I never knew untill a few months ago that grounding it out made such a difference. Also when u turn on accesories, like headlights, and stereo, it wont make others dim for a sec., its a good idea and not many people think much of it. Good luck and dont waste your $ on ebay, plus you would have to wait...

lol, i was wondering the same thing. Everything is normally very expencive if they have their name one it. I mean a grounding kit is a grounding kit.. as long as it makes good connections u'r going to fine. but i'm wondering if it's a knock-off.
