Default H22 Swap Into A Del Sol

Ok I Own A 2000 Prelude "type Sh" And I Also Own A 93 Del Sol Si Turbo...d16z6..anyways I Want To Swap Aout My H22 Into My Del Sol Ive Done A Little Research But Some Questions I Just Cant Find The Damn Answeres...anyways I Believe I Need Integra Axles Correct Me If Im Wrong..and Will The H22a4 Work Correctly, The Type Sh Tranny Also Has Its Own Transfer Case Due To The Atts Will This Be A Problem? I Have Yet To See Or Here If Someone Has Used The Type Sh Tranny...any Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated
Also Kinda Thinkin About Trading Someone Straight Across For A B Series In Good Condition For The H22.thanks

Luckly for you there is a lot of information available on what exactly is needed to do a h22 swap into a EG. Try to do a search on here and on www.hondaswap.com. If you do decide to do the h22 swap I would suggest 1: dump the ATTS. You are already a little pressed for space and you will be adding more weight to the front of a car that will already be a lot more front heavy. 2: Spend the extra money and get axles from hasport or raxles that are correct for the application. When I first did that swap I ate up teg axles like nobody's business. They mate up directly to the prelude halfshaft and have the retaining clips on them that the teg axles don't so you won't have to worry about them popping out. My suggestion if you would like to keep this as a daily driver is to go with the b-series. It is a much more straight foreward swap and fewer headaches

you need the rear mount out of a 4th gen lude. pending on which mount kit you go with. dss axles are better than hasport or raxles.

You would also need a mounting kit, shift linkage and shifter from a '92-'96 prelude or '90-'93 accord, accord resistor pack, wire harness (unless you want to rewire it yourself) and unless you are crazy enough to try to keep power steering and ac you need a new alternator belt (napa p# 25 060370) and a bunch of other little goodies

90-93 accord shifter cables are longer. youll want those. just rewire it yourself. its easy.
