What's the best place to buy fenders?
my gf's 99 honda civic driver fender is scratch up and need to be replaced...where should i go to buy them whether oem or aftermarket...

well if you are looking for a fairly good quality oem replacement i can suggest a company called certifit (www.certifit.com) they fit damn good and the prices are excelent.

do a yellow pages search for salvage, and go scrounging.
I just got some stuff yesterday, like an H and Honda emblem, an oh sh!t handle, and a crank for my jack, plus the H centercaps for my steelies (bent a rim).
10 bucks for all of that. Of course I had to pull it all off, but it was worth my time.

i got some cheap oem style fenders off ebay. they fit great, and look just like stock. and it only cost me $70.
the oem style bumpers on ebay, those are another story. i paid just under $100 for it and it fits like ass
