Hi guys, I am in the process of moulding in new tail lights into my 97 Civic 4DR. I was thinking about something like this : option #1
or this, maybe : option #2 but I might just use tail lights from a 96 SI Coupe... what do you guys think, and if you can think of any other tail lights that would look cool, please let me know...

yes I have thought of going that way, and I do like the look, just my main reason for wanting to change the tail lights, is the fact that in the 96-00, the rear lights were just so big, in the $dr flavors at least, and I wanted to change that...

 

the problem with the sedans and their tails is there's a major body line that runs accross the tail lamps (where they bend near the top).

ever consider sourcing an Acura EL trunk lid and tails? looks kinda like the 6th gen accord sedans

 

those do look better than the stock tails on a 96-00 sedan, and I just might go that route, but not bothering with sourcing the trunk lid would be a lot cheaper to use the one off my sedan, but I was trying to get away from them wraping around the sides as well... I know I am being a bit picky but...

Just get sedan red/clears and call it a day. They're tasteful, and add a lot to the look of the car. Those altezzas you're looking at are crappy quality and would make your car look like garbage.
