Default quick exhaust question

Does the D16z6 cat terminate in the same location as the vx cat/exhaust manifold? i.e., would an Si catback exhaust fit a VX, and vice versa?

I seriously need to remedy my exhast problem, but I wont have my current powerplant for long, so I need to verify the exhaust will work with either motor/header/cat combo.

The D16Z6 has a full exhaust manifold with the cat all the way underneath, instead of right under the hood. If you plan on going with the D16Z6 manifold or a header, you will need a cat or test pipe from a D16Z6. Gut it if it doesn't matter.

I realize that.

What I'm wondering is if the z6 cat terminates in the same location as the z1 integrated manifold.
