Default Hey

Hey guys Been a bit since I have'nt posted. I lost my Highspeed, Then they turned off my lights, I owe 2 months rent and have 2 kids asking me if there in an emergency in our house. Hehe Funny. Well things are looking up at the moment so I have faith in GOD.

Anyways,,,,,,,,,

I have a friend who bought an LS vtec. B18b1 and the flywheel is for a hydro tranny. Can he use that flywheel on a Cable tranny? The clutch we bought was for a cable and it bolted up to the flywheel just fine. I was just woundering if we would have any issues thanks.

Ohh and also the b18b1 exhust mani will it bolt up to the GSR head? Thanks.

The flywheel shouldn't be a problem.

I am not sure about the LS manifold on the GSR head though.

The Mani will Bolt up...you may need to adjust the throttle cable tho..seeing how the holding piece may be position differently..I had to do that when we swapped a D15b8 to a D15b7..:dunno:

BTW..nice to see you around Hon..things arent so great for myself..just gotta keep ,keepin on

hey whats goin on eddie! havent seen you around her in a while. the LS manifold should bolt on to a GSR head, they are both B-series engines so they should bolt on.

The B18B and B18C share same block height and exhaust manifold bolt pattern, the exhaust manifold will bolt up.

The trouble with B18B/C exhaust manifold swapping is they are different lengths underneath. You will likely need to do some custom exhaust work if you switch from what you have.
